Thermal Dispatch Optics Export Policy

At Thermal Dispatch Optics, we are committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the export of firearms, ammunition, and related accessories. It is important for our customers to be aware of and understand the following export restrictions:

1. **Compliance with Laws:** The export of firearms, ammunition, and related accessories is strictly regulated by the United States government and, in some cases, by the government of the receiving country. Customers must comply with all applicable laws, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and any other relevant U.S. or foreign government regulations.

2. **Export License:** Customers must obtain the necessary export licenses or authorizations before exporting firearms, ammunition, or related accessories from the United States. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all required export licenses or authorizations are obtained prior to export.

3. **Prohibited Countries:** Firearms, ammunition, and related accessories cannot be exported to certain countries due to U.S. government sanctions or embargoes. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the current list of prohibited countries before placing an order.

4. **End-User Certificate:** Customers may be required to provide an End-User Certificate (EUC) stating the final destination and end-use of the exported items. Thermal Dispatch Optics reserves the right to request an EUC or any other documentation deemed necessary to comply with export regulations.

5. **Diversion Risk:** Customers must not divert, transfer, sell, or otherwise dispose of firearms, ammunition, or related accessories to any person or entity that is not authorized to receive them under applicable laws and regulations.

6. **Shipping and Documentation:** All shipments of firearms, ammunition, and related accessories for export must be properly labeled and documented in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

7. **Responsibility:** The customer is solely responsible for complying with all applicable export laws and regulations. Thermal Dispatch Optics will not be held responsible for any violation of export laws or regulations by the customer.

8. **Changes to Policy:** Thermal Dispatch Optics reserves the right to change this Export Restriction Policy at any time without notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to regularly review this policy to ensure compliance with the latest requirements.

By placing an order with Thermal Dispatch Optics, the customer agrees to comply with this Export Restriction Policy and all applicable export laws and regulations. Failure to comply with this policy or any applicable laws or regulations may result in the cancellation of the order and/or legal action.
