Refund policy

Thermal Dispatch Optics is committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If a Thermal Dispatch Optics product is found to have manufacturing defects, we are pleased to offer a replacement or refund in the form of store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items that have been misused or abused will not be eligible for a full refund.

We do not accept returns for items that have been opened, as they are considered used. If, however, we do accept a return, a 15% restocking fee will be applied due to Shopify fees, shipping, and shipping insurance. Additionally, any free or discounted items received at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund amount if they are not returned.

Please be advised that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. If an item is not available at the time of purchase, the order will still remain active. If, for any reason, we cancel your order, a 5% charge of the total purchase will be applied. Once an item is shipped, a 15% restocking fee will be charged if the item is returned.

For pre-ordered items, regardless of product launch date or any delays, a 10% cancellation fee will apply, or store credit can be provided for a future order. We do not offer price matching after an item has been ordered, nor do we match specials that may be released after the purchase.
